Why many new affiliate marketers fail

Most affiliate marketers are drawn into the industry through online programs, ebooks, money making systems etc. Often times these products and services neglect to tell you much about niche marketing and lead you down a road to failure. They are much more interested in your money and getting you to work for them then they are with your success. With the exception of CEO’s, professional athletes and few other rare individuals on the planet, you will never get rich working for someone else or being one dimensional. This doesn’t mean you can’t earn money from affiliate programs, but you need to find quality niches which haven’t been overpopulated with marketers. In general, the Internet marketing and money making niches have been over-saturated with competition and thus aren’t a good place to start unless you know exactly what you are doing.

I understand the difficulty in trying to research quality niches, but the time will be well spent. If you don’t want to fail as a new affiliate marketer, I would suggest steering clear of Internet marketing and money making niches and focus your attention on niches with less competition. Researching these niches may not be easy but it will pay off down the road.
